A special bar service for a truly special day

When it comes to your wedding bar and drinks service – we’re passionate about the details. Our aim is to provide fantastic hospitality for your guests with as little stress as possible for you.

We’ll take the time to discuss your ideas and then design a bespoke bar service as individual as the big day itself.

We’ll talk you through all of the options, from styling the bar to fit your overall scheme to designing a drinks menu and/or cocktail range that works harmoniously with your guests. We’ll also liaise closely with your venue throughout – giving you absolute peace of mind that everything will come together just as it should. Our ultimate aim is to do everything we can to ensure that friends and family who share your special day will remember it for many years to come.

The bar can operate on a cash or tab basis, depending on who is paying for the drinks. We charge a £500* deposit/set up fee which is refunded if the bar taking exceed certain limits or if you select an additional drinks package.

In addition to providing a completely bespoke bar service we also offer exclusively designed fixed-price reception drinks packages.

The welcome packages include all glassware, service chilling and serving.

Because we refund the bar deposit when you purchase one of our packages it ensures you have a quality bar service throughout the day.

Package Option 1

Welcome drink – 1 glass of Prosecco, or 1 Beer.

Table drink – 1/2 bottle of either white/red house French wine or 2 bottles of beer per person, plus carafes of table water.

Toast drink – 1 glass of Prosecco

Package Option 2

Welcome drink – Welcome cocktail/Pimms or a beer.

Table drink – 1/2 bottle of either white/red house French wine, or 2 bottles of beer per person. Plus still or sparkling Harrogate Spring mineral water.

Toast drink – 1 glass of Prosecco.

Package Option 3

Welcome drink – Premium cocktail / Champagne / Gin & Tonic.

Table drink – 1/2 bottle of wine per guest from our carefully selected wine list; alongside unlimited bottles of Still and Sparkling Harrogate Spring water.

Toast drink – 1 glass of Champagne.

Package Option 4

Welcome drink – Free flowing Prosecco or Champagne reception for 90 minutes

Table drink – ½ bottle of wine per guest from our carefully selected wine list; alongside bottles of Still and Sparkling Harrogate Spring water

Toast drink – A glass of Prosecco / Champagne per person

We can’t thank Jules and his team enough for everything that they did to make our wedding day so incredible. The bar looked stunning, (we were lucky enough to have the new round bar, which looked perfect in our marquee), the drinks were phenomenal – who knew there were so many variations on a Tom Collins, and above all, Jules, Tom and Bula were an absolute delight when looking after our guests all evening.

We have enjoyed every aspect of working with Jules, from his attention to detail to his brilliant knowledge of drinks, commitment to making sure we got exactly what we wanted, no matter how crazy the request was, and just his general good nature – always with a smile.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book Fusion Event Bars for any event, big or small and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
